This Service sells digital goods: a paid account tier, generated PDF reports, and developer API plans.

Test mode

While payments run in Stripe test mode, no real money is charged and no refund is needed or possible.

Paid tier and API plans

If a paid charge was made in error, duplicated, or the paid feature was never delivered, contact the operator within 14 days of the charge for a full refund to the original payment method.

Generated reports

Because reports are generated from the birth details you supply, reports generated from incorrect details you entered are not refundable on that basis alone; if our Service generated a defective or empty file, contact us and we will regenerate it or refund it.

How to request

Contact [Operator name/address to be filled before launch] with the email address on your account and the date of the charge. Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method.
