Terms of Service

These terms govern use of this Vedic astrology web application, its developer API, and its digital reports (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

What the Service provides

The Service calculates Vedic (sidereal) astrology charts from birth details you supply, saves charts to your account, generates digital reports, and — for developer accounts — provides API access under a plan with a daily call limit. Astrology content is interpretive and reflective; see the Disclaimer page.

Accounts and API keys

You are responsible for your account credentials and for API keys issued to you. API keys are shown once at creation, are hashed at rest by us, and must be kept secret. You may revoke a key at any time from the developer dashboard; revoked keys stop working immediately. Plan limits (free / pro daily call limits) are enforced by the Service and may be changed with notice on this page.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service: no attempting to access other users' data, no circumventing plan limits or authentication, no unlawful use, and no reselling raw API access except as your plan permits.

Payments

Paid features are billed through Stripe. Until the operator completes live-mode setup, payments run in Stripe test mode and no real money moves. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy page.

Availability and changes

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of accuracy of astrological interpretation, uptime, or fitness for a particular purpose. The operator may modify or discontinue features.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator's liability is limited to amounts you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months. Decisions you make based on astrology content are your own.
